Dear leaders, dear teachers and classmates

  hello everyone!

I am glad that I can stand there at the morning meeting today. It is nearly two months since the school began. I and every member of our class group have a very happy picture and have basically adapted to the heavy study and life rules of high school. There is a big difference between junior high school and junior high school: learning at the moment requires us to have higher self-learning ability and stronger self-learning ability. In this regard, thanks to the help of teachers and classmates, I gradually overcome the shortcomings of relying solely on teachers in class and after-class review to consolidate. It can not only listen carefully in class, but also review in time after class, and ask teachers and classmates for advice in time when encountering difficult problems. It is because of your help that I got the necessary results in this monthly exam.

Here, I would like to express my most loyal gratitude to you and ask you to continue to support and encourage me in the future learning process. I will also try my best to help other students who need help and strive to improve together with you.

Money is very important for us but is not the most important things in ourlife. Many things are more important than money ,such as friendship ,love ,andfamily ,and so on .We can use money to buy many things but for people's hearts.Apeople only care the money ,which is very sorrowful.Gradually,he will lose manythings that is more important than money. And last,he will become lonely. Sometimes money can let many people gather and make friends with you. However, you have to know they may be not your true friends and they just wantyou money.A true friend never care whether his friend is poor or rich.A firendin need is a friend indeed.Having some sincere friends is the truehappiness. Anyway, money can solve lots of problems but it can't bring you happinessbecause it can't buy a true heart. Please remember that some things in the worldis invaluable. So don't live only for money.

so if you picture the typical classroom nowadays: when i was going to school, we sat in rows. we sat in rows of desks like this, and we did most of our work pretty autonomously. but nowadays, your typical classroom has pods of desks -- four or five or six or seven kids all facing each other. and kids are working in countless group assignments. even in subjects like math and creative writing, which you think would depend on solo flights of thought, kids are now expected to act as committee members. and for the kids who prefer to go off by themselves or just to work alone, those kids are seen as outliers often or, worse, as problem cases. and the vast majority of teachers reports believing that the ideal student is an extrovert as opposed to an introvert, even though introverts actually get better grades and are more knowledgeable, according to research. (laughter) okay, same thing is true in our workplaces. now, most of us work in open plan offices, without walls, where we are subject to the constant noise and gaze of our coworkers. and when it comes to leadership, introverts are routinely passed over for leadership positions, even though introverts tend to be very careful, much less likely to take outsize risks -- which is something we might all favor nowadays. and interesting research by adam grant at the wharton school has found that introverted leaders often deliver better outcomes than extroverts do, because when they are managing proactive employees, they're much more likely to let those employees run with their ideas, whereas an extrovert can, quite unwittingly, get so excited about things that they're putting their own stamp on things, and other people's ideas might not as easily then bubble up to the surface. now in fact, some of our transformative leaders in history have been introverts. i'll give you some examples. eleanor roosevelt, rosa parks, gandhi -- all these peopled described themselves as quiet and soft-spoken and even shy. and they all took the spotlight, even though every bone in their bodies was telling them not to. and this turns out to have a special power all its own, because people could feel that these leaders were at the helm, not because they enjoyed directing others and not out of the pleasure of being looked at; they were there because they had no choice, because they were driven to do what they thought was right.

good morning, leaders and teachers,i have been an english teacher for about 10years .i love my job. it can bring me a lot ofpleasureto me .some of my students are in university now .usually they write letters ,send emails or messages to me .when i receive them ,i always feel happy and excited.

ihave got some tips for language teaching .as a teacher ,i always prepare each lesson carefully and try my best to make my class interesting and lively. first ,a great leading-in is very important.a wonderful introduction can evoke the students’ interest in the new lesson.. second, i always design some activities in my lesson such as word –guessing games ,making up dialogues ,singing english songs, chain practice , acting out short plays and so on . i think listening and speaking are very important..by the activities, students can have more confidence in themselves and their listening and speaking ability can be improved. next, dipping into foreign culture is very helpful. finally, my students often have an english corner on tuesday afternoon to practise their oral english.

as a teacher ,i always love my students and treat them equally. when they meet some difficulty in their study or in their life, they are glad to tell me and i will try my best to help them. i encourage them to work hard everyday. if they keep on working hard, each of them will have a bright future.

so much for my speech . thank you.

  good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!

today i’d like to share my personal experience of happiness and bitterness of being an english teacher. i remember, five years ago, when i stood at the teacher’s desk for the first time, maybe because i was too young, maybe because i was too inexperienced, the students in my class paid no attention to me, didn’t behave themselves at all. i felt ashamed and helpless. in order to save my face, i just criticized the students seriously whenever they talked in class or even moved a little. i thought sooner or later, they would listen to me. yes, i could control the class now, but the students and the atmosphere became strange. no, they were not listening to me. it was too quiet. the breathless silence urged me to consider the way i was teaching. then 1 august , i got the chance to study the new course of english. until then could i realized that it was my frozen eyes that make the students flinch, it was my stiff face that trod out the enthusiasm in the children’s hearts. how to stimulate my class and show my warmth, so that they can enjoy their study in english? i had a deep thought. it’s smile. there is a kindness called smile. it is the most beautiful language in the world. it can make distance no distance. “just awake the students with a smiling face!”i said to myself.

the next day, when i stood on the stage with a smiling face, when i asked the questions with a smile, when i encouraged the children in a friendly way, the students were just shocked! but i could find there was more happiness and excitement in their eyes! gradually, they got used to it, and participated in my teaching. as i predicted, that class became a lovely one. i was moved, and said“thank you for listening, boys and girls!”

in the following days, i keep on working even harder. i prepare my lessons carefully. i use flash, pictures, riddles, and interesting stories to make great efforts to help the students to learn more. but i will never forget one thing: smile, give them a smile, to give them strength, to let them feel happy, to make them confident. the children do enjoy the english lesson now, when they tell me the answers in great excitement, i can feel their gladness, and my smile is more sincerely than ever! there is kindness called smile. from the children’s yearning eyes, i understand, it is smile that makes my students and i get closer, it is smile that fills the kindness to my english class, it is smile that shapes me popular english teacher finally. that’s all. thank you very much!

Hello, dear judges! I'm . Please look at my picure. In my picture, there are two lovely rabbits. They are my pets. Although a lot of people think that children should not have pets at home, because they're dirty, However, in my opinion, children should have some pets at home, because when children learn to take care of the pets, they also learn how to love others. In fact, I suggest every child have a pet at home and take care of it himself. Otherwise, they cannot learn to love other people and animal. Thank you!
